CUSTOMER’S CHARTER

Core Components

Develop and carry out skills training programs in accordance with the needs of the country and technological developments and produce competent, high-quality and prudent skilled workers.

The Customer Charter of the Manpower Department Training Institution (ILJTM) is:

  1. Issuing offers of admission for long-term courses no later than three (3) weeks before the course begins;
  2. Ensure that ILJTM students are confirmed eligible to be awarded a certificate or diploma based on the decision of the committee within eight (8) weeks after the end of the training session for the semester;
  3. Issuing a letter of offer of admission for short-term courses (KJP) no later than three (3) days before the course starts;
  4. Ensure that KJP participants who record an attendance percentage of more than 80% get a certificate within seven (7) days after completing the course; and
  5. All complaints are dealt with within fifteen (15) working days from the date the complaint is received and seven (7) working days from the period of receiving information from the third party.
